TiLT offers work stays of 1-6 months duration during the agricultural season [April-Oct]. In general, we expect you to provide 24 hrs/week of labor, and in exchange we provide room, board, utilities, and many personal enrichment experiences. We arrange work stays through WWOOF-USA as well as through direct inquiry.

sabbaticals

Are you a professional seeking a season in Taos for retreat, reflection, or challenge? TiLT offers curated residential sabbaticals for individuals and families. Previous sabbaticals: thesis writing, wilderness contemplation, desert spirituality, family adventures, structured personal development with TiLT’s founder Todd Wynward.

internships

Seeking deep personal growth and hands-on learning in the fields of innovative public education, community development, organizing for justice, or entrepreneurship for social change? Residential internships of 3-12 months can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Tell us how you want to grow and learn, and we can make it happen!
